Export overview
Click “+ New” on the Export page (under Panel) to create a new export. You can also re-download previous exports by clicking on their name in the table underneath.
Creating a new export
Use the tabs to select the type of export you want. Select from:
- Participants: properties and exposure of participants administrators only
- Web pages: pageviews of participants
- Search terms: searches done by participants
- Ads: ads viewed by participants
Each tab gives you specific options to customize the export.
Limit by participants
You can limit the group of participants that will be included in the export either by entering a specific ID or by specifying a filter.
Limit by range
For exports of web-pages and search-terms you can specify a date-range by entering a start- and end-date. The export will only include pageviews and searches done in the specified period.
Limit by channels
For an export of web-pages, search-queries or ads you can limit the number of included rows by selecting specific channels.
Included information, properties and exposure
You can select the columns that will be included in the export:
- Information: Builtin metadata of participants
- Properties: Imported properties of participants
- Exposure: Either yes/no to indicate whether a participant has been exposed to the channel
Exports of web-pages and search-terms will always include the ID-property and columns for url/query, time and seconds.
Preview your export
After you’ve customized the export and click on “Preview” you can review the options of the export. In case of a participants-export you’ll also see the number of rows that will be exported. Due to technical reasons we can’t give the number of rows for an export of web-pages or search-terms.
Click on “Generate” to start the export. You can check the progress of your export on the export-overview page.
